When do 2027 departures run, and what do they cost?

Scheduled 2027 departures run from 17 May to 30 October, every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. May and October are priced at €290 per person, June and September at €320, and July and August at €335. Dates remain enquiry-only until NP Tours confirms availability and the minimum operating number.

A departure requires at least 12 passengers to operate and has a maximum capacity of 48. We will explain the status of your preferred date before any payment.

NP Tours does not have private or exclusive access to either national park. Staying near Plitvice allows the group to enter after the public opening, before the busiest part of the day. Krka is visited on day one from Split.

The route combines Krka and Plitvice over two days instead of forcing both parks into one exhausting day. Organised transport, an overnight stay near Plitvice, dinner, breakfast and local guiding remove the difficult logistics while preserving time to experience both parks properly.

The tour runs for two days and one night.

Krka has its own first day, followed by one night near Plitvice so the group can start at the lakes early on day two before returning to Split in the evening.

The current package includes organised transport, one night of accommodation near Plitvice, a group dinner, breakfast and local hosting or guiding. Your written departure confirmation will list the final inclusions and any personal expenses separately.

Guests should be comfortable spending several hours walking on park paths, wooden boardwalks and occasional steps. If you have mobility, medical or accessibility requirements, contact us before choosing a departure so we can give an honest assessment.

To fully embrace the magic of your journey, we recommend:

  • Wearing comfortable shoes for walking
  • Bringing a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated
  • Packing light layers, as temperatures can vary throughout the day
  • Preparing your camera to capture awe-inspiring moments
  • Don’t forget your sense of wonder 🙂

Tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies when you enquire. We will check them with the accommodation and confirm what can be provided before you book. Severe allergies or specialist diets may not always be possible.

Swimming is prohibited throughout Plitvice Lakes and at Skradinski Buk, the waterfall area visited inside Krka National Park. When conditions and local rules permit, the tour may make a separate swimming stop at the river beach in Skradin, near the park boat entrance, after leaving the protected park visit. This is not swimming inside either national park and may change because of weather, water conditions or safety.

Tours can operate in varied weather, but safety and park conditions come first. The guide may adjust timings, walking routes or stops. NP Tours will contact guests directly if conditions mean a departure cannot operate safely.
