TERMS AND CONDITIONS – NP TOURS CROATIA
- GENERAL TERMS These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NP Tours Croatia (hereinafter “the Company”) and the client booking tours or services (hereinafter “the Client”). By making a reservation, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
- BOOKING AND PAYMENT 2.1. Online Bookings
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes
- Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email
2.2. Partner Bookings
- Terms for bookings made through partners (hotels, travel agents) are subject to individual contract agreements
- Partner-specific payment terms apply as per contractual arrangements
- CANCELLATION POLICY 3.1. Client Cancellations
- More than 30 days prior to the tour: Full refund
- 15-30 days prior to the tour: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days prior to the tour: No refund
- 3.2. Company Cancellations
- The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or insufficient bookings
- In such cases, the Client will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund
- LIABILITY The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury caused during the tour, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or theft
- Clients are advised to have adequate travel insurance covering such risks.
- GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, it shall be submitted to mediation and finally to arbitration.
- SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- MODIFICATIONS The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.”
- By continuing with the booking process, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Please note that specific terms and conditions may apply to certain tours or services. These will be clearly stated on the respective booking pages.n 72 hours before tour: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 48-72 hours before tour: 70% refund
- 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
3.2. Company Cancellations
- Full refund if the Company cancels due to weather conditions or operational issues
- Alternative tour dates will be offered when possible
- The Company is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations
- MODIFICATIONS 4.1. By Client
- Tour date changes are possible up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability
- A €20 administration fee applies to all modifications
- Changes made less than 48 hours before departure are treated as cancellations
4.2. By Company
- The Company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational requirements
- Significant changes will be communicated to clients as soon as possible
- RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY 5.1. The Company:
- Maintains appropriate insurance coverage
- Ensures compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
- Is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control
5.2. The Client:
- Must follow guide instructions and safety protocols
- Is responsible for personal belongings
- Must have appropriate travel insurance
- Must declare any medical conditions that might affect tour participation
- HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Clients must be physically capable of participating in chosen activities
- The Company follows COVID-19 and other health-related protocols as required by law
- Guides may modify or terminate tours if client safety is at risk
- PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
- The Company may use photographs taken during tours for promotional purposes
- Clients may opt-out of photo usage by written request
- Commercial use of tour photos requires written permission
- PRIVACY POLICY
- Personal information is collected and stored according to GDPR regulations
- Client data is used solely for tour operations and communication
- Information is not shared with third parties except as required by law
- COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of tour completion
- The Company will respond within 30 days
- Disputes are subject to Croatian law
- Mediation will be attempted before legal proceedings
- FORCE MAJEURE The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Pandemics
- Civil unrest
- VALIDITY
- These terms are valid from January 1, 2024
- The Company reserves the right to modify terms with notice
- Current terms will be available on the website
By booking with NP Tours Croatia, clients acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these terms and conditions. For partner-specific arrangements, additional terms may apply as per individual contracts.
